Evelyn F. Kuttler has lived in St. Petersburg since 1944. She is a cum laude 1967 graduate from Stetson University College of Law. Mrs. Kuttler joined the Firm in 1978. She is a member of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar. She also holds memberships in local and state bar associations. In her practice she emphasizes the areas of trusts, wills, estates, estate planning, elder law and Probate and Trust Administration. She was a founding member of the St. Petersburg Christian Legal Society and the St. Petersburg Christian Conciliation Service. She is a life member of the Board of Trustees for Asbury Theological Seminary, Wilmore, Kentucky and Orlando, Florida. She is also currently serving on the Board of Directors for various religious and charitable organizations. She taught wills and estate planning at Stetson University College of Law and has lectured locally on estate planning and administration issues. She continues to commit to make her services available to persons who are unable to come to her office.
