  Evelyn
F. Kuttler, has lived in St. Petersburg since 1944. A cum laude graduate
from Stetson University College of Law, Mrs. Kuttler joined the Firm in
1978. She is a member of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida
Bar. She also holds memberships in local and state bar associations, as
well as local, state and national bar associations for women lawyers. In
her practice she emphasizes the areas of trust, wills, estates, estate planning,
guardianships, and elder law. She was a founding member of the St. Petersburg
Christian Legal Society and the St. Petersburg Christian Conciliation Service.
She is an active member of the Board of Trustees for Asbury Theological
Seminary, Wilmore, Kentucky, where she serves on the Executive Committee
of the Board. She is also currently serving on the Board of Directors for
various religious and charitable organizations. |
