  John
C. Lavery, moved to St. Petersburg from Colorado in 1980. A graduate
of the University of Kansas, he holds a Juris Doctor, Master of Business
Administration and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver.
Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced law in Burlington, Colorado, and
did advanced estate and pension planning for Connecticut General Life Insurance
Company. Active in the state and local bar associations, he is Board Certified
by The Florida Bar in Tax Law, and a member of the Tax, Real Property, Probate
and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar. Mr. Lavery is a member of the
Tampa Bay Planned Giving Council, the Planned Giving Council of All Children's
Hospital and the Planned Giving Advisory Board of the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer
Center. |
