    We offer counsel and assistance in the preparation of wills and trusts, all phases of estate planning, matters of guardianship, and representation of individuals and beneficiaries in estate matters including litigation.  These services include coordinating financial planning for our clients in conjunction with accountants, stockbrokers and trust officers.  Our attorneys also prepare fiduciary and estate tax returns and represent clients in cases before the Internal Revenue Service.

    In the administration of estates, trusts and guardianships, we offer our clients a unique service in the form of a computerized accounting system with access to the investment department of a local bank.
