Probate & Trust Administration

Compassionate, prompt, and efficient service is at the center of our Probate and Trust Administration area of practice. We represent corporate and individual personal representatives (executors) and trustees. We coordinate the preparation and filing of fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns.

 

During the often overwhelming, frightening and tedious time surrounding a loved one’s death or incapacity, our firm can provide the type of assistance your particular circumstances require. We offer complete clerical and legal support for Estate and Trust administrations. Or, we can offer the primary legal advice and service necessary while you carry out the remaining administrative tasks. We adjust our types of service and fees to your needs and abilities. 

Elder Law

We recognize and are personally concerned for the individual needs of each our senior clients, including their daily living issues, their families, and caregivers. We confer with our clients in their homes, in the hospital, or in other care facilities, as needed. If desired and appropriate we educate and involve the family members or significant others who are immediately responsible for our clients.

 

We represent, guide, and educate trustees, health care surrogates, and persons serving as power of attorney for their impaired loved one or friend. In this process we are prepared to offer bill paying services and the coordination of assets, home management, and care giving services. We also make individualized referrals for long term in home or institutional care, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Veteran, and Disability planning needs.
